Résumé

The digital technological era necessitates the search for modern techniques and new methods for school laboratories that keep pace with technological advancements and the cognitive progress achieved in advanced societies and countries. As the scientific school laboratory has been at the forefront of integrating technology in knowledge transfer through the use of technical devices in conducting scientific experiments, the challenge today lies in enhancing this precedence by developing laboratory work mechanisms and utilizing new suitable patterns for the 21st-century school in this digital age. This scientific paper aims to identify the electronic laboratory as a new pattern of teaching and learning, and its importance in improving the quality of educational learning outputs in the field of science teaching from the perspective of teaching frameworks. It also seeks to anticipate the position of the traditional laboratory within the educational institution in the presence of electronic laboratory technology. To achieve these objectives, a survey study was conducted at the level of the Sidi Ifni Regional Directorate, where the study tool consisted of a questionnaire comprising 14 statements constructed by the researcher, ensuring its validity and reliability. The questionnaire was distributed via email to physics and chemistry teachers in secondary education. The results indicated that the electronic laboratory significantly contributes to improving the quality of educational learning outputs and cannot be a definitive replacement for the traditional school laboratory.
