Résumé

This research paper aims at identifying the type of effective pedagogy in the twenty-first century school and defining the future teachers' professional competencies through the “TPACK” contemporary training model. The research paper, due to its exploratory nature, elucidated the array of skills and competencies the twenty-first century learners should acquire going beyond the traditional formula. The research adopted an analytical methodology through extrapolating the literature and studies related to the research problem and its hypotheses and presenting a set of useful proposals and recommendations to develop the twenty-first century Moroccan school.
