Résumé

Since its appearance and development in the late 20th century, "Digital Learning" is considered an important and effective tool in consolidating various information and data in the educational and learning environments. It works on fixing and retrieving data in different necessary situations to use them appropriately to execute performances, either it is related to material or knowledge production and even services. In this respect, nations and societies seek to adopt digital learning in education field in order to keep pace with the development taking place at the level of the needs and interests of individuals in line with the requirements of the quality of life that they want to achieve in their societies. Therefore, the study aimed to display what digital technology can offer in developing the educational process with all its elements and components. In addition to the contribution of digital education to the development of educational practices, according to a systematic plan that takes into account the previous elements.
