This research aims to identify the difficulties hindering the teaching-learning of immunology at high school in Morocco. In this context, few research has been carried out into teachers' perceptions of immunology teaching. Precisely the teacher's perceptions of the educational system in which he evolves and of his share of responsibility in education will influence his didactic choices and thus affect learning. This article explores teachers' perceptions of immunology teaching and their use of information and communication technologies with a view to identifying the underlying causes of difficulties encountered when teaching immunology from the perspective of the teachers themselves. To this end, a study was conducted on a random sample of 98 life and earth sciences teachers in the Tetouan department. A validated questionnaire was used to collect the data. Descriptive statistics were applied to present the results. It appears that the teaching of immunology at high school in Morocco encounters several challenges, resulting in an unfavorable appreciation from our teachers towards immunology teaching.
